Welcome to DesiDraft. By using this service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

DesiDraft generates marketing and support copy in Indian languages using AI. Output is a draft — you are responsible for reviewing it before use, including for accuracy, claims, pricing, and legal compliance.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate unlawful, misleading, hateful, or infringing content, or to violate any third party's rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

3. Plans & billing

The free plan includes 30 generations per month. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed monthly in advance. Quotas reset each calendar month. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations.

4. Content ownership

You own the inputs you provide and the copy you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to provide the service.

5. Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated copy is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.

6. Changes
