Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro or Team subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. After 7 days, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future charges.

Failed or duplicate charges

Any duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Email support@aiskillhub.info with your registered email and order ID. We respond within 2 business days.
